I know I said I was going on Hiatus, and I shall after this. But I wanted to make the one that the few others missed. So we as a collective have the whole family of stamps here:
I'm sure everyone knows what it feels like to have that image in your head but some how...you cannot replicate it right. This applies to everything really. You want it one way, but it just doesn't seem to want to come out perfect.
Excellently worded. This covers everything, whether it's motivation, skills, time...whatever is keeping the artist from producing the plethora of images in his head. We've all felt this way, so we can all relate. The classy, yet simple presentation, with a decorative border, patterned background, and soft gradient fade, all of which enhance the stamp without distracting from the message, appeals to the visual senses as well. The timing between the animation for the text is perfect, neither too long nor too short, and the typographical effect of all-caps for the word "hate" puts a much needed passion in the statement. This is not just a witty saying. This is cry of frustration.
Same here. I've got a whole bunch of ideas for fanart and fanfiction, but then when I bring out the paper, I stare blankly at it for a while. If you could read my mind, my images would look like epic TV/movie scenes.
